Geologists have found that the chocolate coloured rocks in this park are ancient sandstone and siltstone that formed around 600 million years ago.

The air at the top of the Black Cliff Headland feels fresh and clear. I could hear clear sounds from the 'sloshing water' (small breaking waves) all along the coast.

Nice, picking up lots of details seen through the greenish water.

This flat rocky surface is just behind the top of the Black Cliff headland.
