Computer Kinetic Abstract 190

800 pixels (w) x 600 pixels (h), computer ‘painting’ using my own ‘kinetic’ abstract computer program.
Date produced: 12th April 2002

This abstract image is a complex mix of randomly coloured lines, rectangles and circles.

Computer Kinetic Abstract 190 - Coaxal 1

800 pixels (w) x 600 pixels (h), computer ‘painting’ using my own ‘kinetic’ abstract computer program,
and post-processed with my own image processing program for creating some special distortion mappings.
Date produced: 5th May 2002

This abstract image is the result of using my Coaxal Orthographic Projection computer program to modify the previously shown abstract image, “Computer Kinetic Abstract 190”. Here, the program projects ‘coaxally’ onto a sphere within the inner circle, and uses the colour from either the left edge, or the right edge of the original abstract to ‘coaxally’ generate the circular bands of colour in the region outside the inner circle.

Computer Kinetic Abstract 12 - Worked 5

640 pixels (w) x 512 pixels (h), computer ‘painting’ using my own ‘kinetic’ abstract computer program.
and post-processed in Adobe Photoshop Elements.
Date produced: 29th January 2002

This abstract image was developed from combining two greyscale computer kinetic abstract images created on my Amiga computer. The two abstract images were combined using Adobe Photoshop Elements running on my first Personal Computer.

Computer Kinetic Abstract 34 - Worked 3

640 pixels (w) x 512 pixels (h), computer ‘painting’ using my own ‘kinetic’ abstract computer program.
and post-processed in Adobe Photoshop Elements.
Date produced: 29th January 2002

This abstract image was developed from combining two 256 colour computer kinetic abstract images created on my Amiga computer. The two abstract images were firstly converted to full 24-bit depth coloured images before combining them using Adobe Photoshop Elements running on my first Personal Computer. I found that combining two or more computer kinetic abstract images led to a big expansion in the possibilities for computer abstract images.
