Painted entirely on-site, at Glenelg, S.A. This building looked superb when it was illuminated by mid-to-late-afternoon sunshine. I tried to concentrate on the light and tones by using a monochromatic palette of white with Burnt Sienna. I found the warm sepia type colouring to fit in well with the ‘historic’ nature of the whole Glenelg area.
