Produced on-site. This is a view back towards The Esplanade and Christies Beach itself from the top of the bluff. I have tried to simplify the scene into ‘areas of colour’. I am particularly happy with the sense of space and light in this small pastel. I think I even get a good sense of the gentle curvature of the Earth from this small pastel drawing.
