All of the sunset photographs shown on this page were taken on the same day.

While this image may not appear to be a striking sunset image, it was very unusual because it shows a layer of fog or very low cloud cover just above the gulf water along the coast (more clearly seen in the first detail image). It is especially interesting because if we do get fog, it has usually burnt off by early afternoon. Here, because of the conditions present, the fog may have developed off the water during the last hour or so.
